The presentation will be a summary of all preventive activities in MBE (Mercedes Benz) in order to assure a maturity level at our main suppliers regarding the delivery of new parts for a new vehicle launch. As well, it includes some details about leadership principles to run a quality organization in the current decade including digitalization and innovation skills.

My name is Mariluz Villamor; graduated in Mechanical Engineering and in Business Administration by the University of the Basque Country with an Executive MBA Program issued by the Business School (IE) in Madrid. In addition, I have several postgraduate courses in marketing and international management from the London Business School (U.K.) and the Berkeley University (USA). In terms of my work experience, I have been working for MBE SAU since 1995 in different leadership positions within the areas of Productive and Unproductive purchasing, Controlling and Project Planning as well as Plant and Supplier Quality. Being as of today responsible at E3 level for the Supplier Quality Division of the MB España (Vitoria plant) and the Quality Division of the MB Argentina. My linguistic skills include a perfect fluency in oral and written English and German (level C1) and a basic knowledge of French (level A1).
